What it is

How to use
1. Brush your hair and detangle it. 2. Insert the power plug firmly into the outlet. *When the power plug is inserted, the "OFF" indicator will light up on the temperature display panel. While the "OFF" indicator is lit, the URU plate will not heat up. 3. Press and hold the power button. When you press and hold the button, the set temperature will light up on the temperature display panel. 4. Press the "+" or "-" button to set the desired temperature. The temperature can be adjusted in 5°C increments between 100°C and 200°C. *As the temperature rises to the set temperature, the numbers on the temperature display panel will fluctuate, allowing you to visually monitor the URU plate's temperature. 5. When the set temperature is reached, the temperature will be displayed on the temperature display panel. *Straighten the ends of your hair about 6.3cm wide and place the hair in the center of the plate. *Too much hair will result in a neat finish. A 3cm width is recommended for even straightening. To avoid burns, keep the iron at least 5cm away from the iron. 7. While still holding the hair, slide the iron toward the ends. Gently pull downwards as you go. *If you don't achieve the desired straightness, run the iron through again. Using a high temperature setting (over 160°C) for long periods of time or holding the iron on the same section for more than 4 seconds may damage your hair. Results may vary depending on the temperature setting and hair type. *Curling 6. Form hair into approximately 3cm wide sections and clamp them between the center plates. If the sections are too thick or too thick, the result will not be beautiful, so keep the 3cm width in mind for even coverage. *To avoid burns, keep the iron at least 5cm away from your scalp. 7. Hold the iron firmly and rotate it in the direction you want to curl, wrapping it tightly around the iron body. *When wrapping, pull the hair tight to prevent it from sagging. 8. Hold the iron for 2-3 seconds, then slide it toward the ends and remove the iron. *If you don't achieve the desired curl, run the iron through again. Operating the iron at a high temperature setting (over 160°C) for a long time or applying it to the same area for more than 4 seconds may damage your hair. Results may vary depending on the temperature setting and hair type. 9. Turn off the power after use. After use, press and hold the power button to turn the power off. When the power is off, the "OFF" display will light up on the temperature display LCD panel. When the "OFF" display is lit, the temperature of the URU plate will not increase.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
