What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's not sticky, and it's so moisturizing that I think I could get by with just this one product except during the harsh winter months. It doesn't have any scent, and it's really easy to use.
I buy it at least once a year. It's refreshing and absorbs well into the skin, so I keep buying it.
It leaves my skin moist and bouncy. I have yet to see any whitening effects, but I plan to continue using it.
It was easy to use
It contains the active whitening and rough skin prevention ingredient "tranexamic acid" and the active rough skin prevention ingredient "glycyrrhizinate dipotassium." These two actions are said to address the "signs of blemishes" from inflammation to dark spots. It has a thick texture, but it spreads easily when applied to the skin, providing thorough moisturization. It moisturizes well with just one application, so you don't need to apply it multiple times. Even though it's a thick lotion, it's not sticky and is easy to use in the morning before applying makeup. I also think it's good for preventing dryness. I'd like to buy it again.
