I had never used an eyeshadow base before, but as this was a new product I decided to take this opportunity to try it out. The base makeup also leaves a smooth finish when applied without flaking, but it definitely improved the color of the eyeshadow, which was nice. As for staying power, I don't know because I wasn't outside for long periods of time, but I think it was better to use an eyeshadow base as it prepared the base for my eyeshadow. I also liked that it's in a tip type, making it easy to apply.

I used to use Amplitude's beige liquid eyeshadow as a base, but the brand was discontinued, so I was worried, and bought this! It was stickier than I thought, so I tried putting powder on top and layering the eyeshadow. It removes dullness, so I think it's very good.

I've been wanting to try Lunasol's eyeshadow base for a long time! It has a fresh texture, and you put the base on the back of your hand first, then apply it to your eyelids with your fingers. It naturally tones up your eyelids and feels very light to wear. The eyeshadow also has a beautiful color, and it didn't crease until the evening. It brings out the glitter and pearly finish of the eyeshadow, and creates a beautiful gradation. I'm glad I bought it. I'd definitely like to buy it again.

I finally received the product I ordered here. It spreads well, and when you apply it it feels moisturizing, but afterwards it feels smooth. It has pearl in it. When I looked closely, I saw something sparkling and thought, "Wow! It has pearl in it!" It only brightens the tone a little, but the eyeshadow is easy to apply, so I'm glad I bought it.

① There's a similar product from KATE, and it's Kanebo. I'll give it a try, and if I think KATE is okay, I won't buy it again.
