What it is
A UV protection veil that keeps you hydrated. Keeps you hydrated from the time you apply it in the morning until you remove it in the evening. Protects your skin from UV rays and dryness during the day. Skin-friendly features: Feels like it melts into your skin. Gives you moisturized, radiant skin. Can also be used as a makeup base. Blocks UV-A and UV-B rays. Provides moisture to skin that tends to become dull due to dryness. Contains carefully selected daytime skin care ingredient α. Contains ceramide care ingredient e. Contains the ocean energy scent that brings out beauty. How to use
Apply an appropriate amount (approximately 1.2 cm in diameter) to the entire face. When removing, wash thoroughly with facial cleanser. Apply evenly so that no areas are left uncoated. If you use too little, it will be difficult to achieve sufficient UV protection.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love Kanebo's Veil of Day and was looking for something a little more cost-effective when I came across this on social media and decided to buy it. It's similar in that it doesn't stain or dry out your skin. It's a little thicker than Veil of Day, but it spreads well. I didn't really like the scent, so I probably won't buy it again.
