Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I really love this lipstick! I bought it at an organic store in Yokohama after consulting with the salesperson. Bitter Red is red, but it has a hint of brown in it, so it's elegant. Rosy Brown looks like a brown, but it has a hint of red in it, so it gives a stylish look. I use the two colors depending on the color of my outfit.
My lips dry out easily, so I can't use most of the trendy lipsticks and tints... I was looking for cosmetics that I could use on my sensitive skin, so I bought this to try out. The color is very pigmented and easy to apply. I like the mature color. It's amazing that it doesn't dry out my lips, considering it's a matte type. However, my lips do get dry around this time of year, so I find myself reapplying lip balm over it. It doesn't make my lips sticky, so I'd definitely like to repurchase this product.
I love that it doesn't irritate the skin and is organic so it's safe to eat.
If there are ingredients that don't suit me, my lips get chapped quickly, but I've been able to use this without any problems. I think it lasts longer than other organic lip products. I thought it might dry out my lips because it's a matte type, but it keeps my lips moisturized for a long time, so they don't dry out and look dirty.
I have sensitive skin, but it didn't sting or feel strange at all! It has a matte texture and the color lasts well. I'll definitely buy it again!
