Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this from Olive Young in Korea. It's clear and not too shiny, but it does seem to moisturize well. It's scentless and vegan, so it's gentle on the lips and will be useful during the dry winter months!
A soft, colored lip balm.
I bought it purely for the packaging! It looks so cute, and I get excited when I have to reapply it. The feel and moisturizing power were both okay, and I felt like the effect wasn't great considering the price. I'm worried about the moisturizing power of this product in the winter.
It's shiny and moisturizes well! Do you use it as a lip primer?
I usually don't like moisturizing lip balms that are too shiny, but this one is nice and not too shiny. As it is a gender-neutral cosmetics brand, I think the shine is easy to use for both men and women. I was able to use it without any problems in the summer and fall, but in the winter it wasn't moisturizing enough and didn't last long. The scent is a little like lemongrass, but it's barely noticeable. The case is so cute, and just holding it makes me feel good.
