What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's already stable! It's the most stable! It's good to use it before using a hair dryer, but I use it after using a hair dryer and before curling my hair with a hair iron or curling iron. It definitely protects your hair from damage! And it smells good! It keeps your hair curled normally! (Of course, I use hair oil afterwards.) It's not a very affordable price, but you can get long hair with just 1 or 2 pumps, so I think it's pretty cost-effective.
I like it because it has a nice scent, isn't sticky, and holds together well. I'd like to buy it again if it were a little cheaper.
Personally, this scent is perfect for me! It's a styling product, but I don't really know how effective it is for styling. I've already bought it several times. My hair ends are dry, so if I put a small amount on them, they become smooth, so I recommend using it in this way for people with damaged hair or those who are concerned about dryness.
I like Loretta products and I also use their hair oil. I really like this product because it's not sticky and you can style your hair naturally. It also smells nice. If you put too much on, it makes your hair look a little wet, so I think a small amount is enough for styling. Anyway, I like how it gives your hair a natural look. I'll use it for a while and if it works, I'll buy it again.
It is sometimes introduced as an after-bath treatment, but I think it is a milky lotion-type styling product. It does not harden the hair, but it does hold it in place to maintain its nuance. It can be considered a milk version of the company's Kirakira Shoe. Also, like the company's base care oil, it has the natural rose fragrance. This product seems to be particularly resistant to humidity, and I felt that it had the effect of naturally preventing my hair from frizzing.
