How to use
[When using on dry hair] Brush from the roots to the ends. [If your hair is very tangled] Start with the ends and gradually work your way up to the roots. Do not forcefully comb out tangled hair. [When using on wet hair] Towel-dry your hair before use. Hold a small section of hair and comb it from the ends, gradually working your way up to the roots. Gently comb in one direction. Do not comb in the opposite direction. Wet hair is prone to tangling, so comb gently. [Care Instructions] If the brush becomes dirty or has styling products on it, wipe it off with a dry cloth. If it is particularly dirty, rinse it with water, dry it thoroughly with a towel, and store it in a clean, well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
