It uses a wax base that softens with body heat, and when lightly applied with your fingers, it adheres tightly to the eyelids. The glitter and pearls don't come off easily even after wearing it for a long time. After swatching, it's hard to remove even when rubbing with a tissue. It's cute with its large, sparkly glitter. However, it's quite flashy, so I apply a small amount and blend it after applying it. The base color barely shows up, and only the glitter sticks.
