I bought this because I remembered using a sample from a previous beauty day and it was great. I think the azelaic acid is good because it tightens pores and leaves a smooth finish.

I think my skin irritation was probably caused by switching cleansers. I woke up in a place I don't usually wake up in, feeling extremely depressed, when I found it! I saw it on sale at a local drugstore, and I'd been interested in azelaic acid, so I bought it. I'd heard it was effective in controlling sebum and irritating skin, so I started using it that night. I don't know if it was just timing or the product itself, but I believe it was the product itself (lol). I was surprised to see the bumps around my face and cheeks calm down (though they didn't disappear). Plus, I usually wake up feeling extremely oily, so I was surprised that they were even more subdued... I got carried away and used it in the morning, and when I put on makeup, I was delighted to see that my sebum was more controlled than usual! This depends on your physical condition, so I can't say that using it will definitely make my skin oily! It may just have calmed my skin irritation by chance. But I was so impressed that I'll be buying it again! The sheet mask is thin and moisturizes just right. It adheres tightly to my skin without slipping off or coming off. I haven't had any itching, so I'll keep buying it as long as I can find it!

The mask feels soft on the skin, and I love the scent and moisturizing feeling after use! I used it from after a bath until I finished using a hair dryer, and it was perfectly moisturizing! However, I did experience a slight peeling, just like when using retinol. I didn't know azelaic acid had this effect... It flakes off when I put on makeup, which is a bit stressful for me, so I won't be repurchasing it.
