What it is
Product Name: HIN AL Medicated Acne Cream. This spot cream was developed with the concept of having similar efficacy to the "Green Ointment" prescribed at Aizawa Dermatology Clinic. It is used in the same way as the Green Ointment: the Medicated Green Cream is absorbed into the acne itself, and then covered with a spot patch, which peels off the next morning. It comes with 30 spot patches (15 large, 15 small). (Quasi-drug)

How to use
Use after washing your face, at the end of your regular skincare routine, such as applying lotion or serum. Take an appropriate amount in your hand and apply it to the area of concern, sealing it in place. Can be used morning or night. For best results, apply the point patch to the area where you applied the cream. *Avoid spreading it over the entire face. (Depending on your skin condition, it may occasionally cause dryness.)

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
