Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'll compare it to the Dior and Visee plumpers I've used so far. (Sorry, the sample size is small.) The plumping power is impeccable. It plumps my lips more than any of the others and leaves them redder. It just hurts! It stings. The other two can't compare, lol, but I can tolerate it, so I'll use it. Since it's clear, maybe I'll apply it as a finishing touch?
I first bought a plumper after seeing it recommended by =LOVE's Otani Emiri. This is my second purchase. It said that a lighter version is best for first-time users, and although it did sting at first, it didn't bother me once I got used to it.
