These are fatty acids from the soap. It may also separate into cloudy and clear parts. It will return to being clear when the temperature rises There may also be variations in color and scent. Because it does not contain synthetic surfactants or stabilizers, some of the ingredients may float, settle, or layers may form in the soap. None of these affect the quality As is characteristic of liquid soap, if it is not used for a while, the soap may harden and clog the tip of the pump. If it becomes clogged, press the pump several times to dislodge the hardened part before use. Avoid contact with eyes. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a doctor Keep out of reach of infants and young children to prevent ingestion or contact with eyes Discontinue use and consult a doctor if it does not suit your skin or if you experience any abnormalities.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
