Love Chrome utilizes Japanese industrial technology "JP CHROME-TECH(R)" to create an extremely smooth surface, reducing contact damage and dryness caused by static electricity. Its incredibly smooth combing gently tangles hair, restoring its natural beauty with shine and bounce with daily combing. The In-Bath Premium Black Series is the highest-end model in the In-Bath series, lavishly utilizing rare, carefully selected ingredients and advanced technology. The shampoo and treatment have a light texture designed for combing and contain rare ingredients such as Yamazakura placenta culture extract for scalp moisture and hydrolyzed keratin (wool) for lustrous hair. *These shampoos and treatments are refills, so bottles are not included.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
