Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received a sample in a collaboration gift set with LADUREE. I thought Estée Lauder wouldn't suit my skin, but that wasn't the case! I didn't experience any irritation or problems. The cream has a soft texture. It's soft but slightly firm, so I spread it on my palm before applying it to my face to avoid rubbing. I think it's quite moisturizing. For my nighttime skincare routine, I use lotion, then the eye cream or serum that came with the gift set, and then finish with this cream, and I feel like my skin is in pretty good condition. It's perfect for fall and winter. I think it's also better for people who are a little more prone to dryness than younger people. The price makes it a bit difficult to continue using it, but since you only need a small amount, it's not such a bad value. It has a subtle, pleasant scent, and it makes me feel excited that I'm using something good.
It has a slightly firm texture and is moisturizing. I've only used it a few times, so I don't know the results yet, but I'm giving it five stars. The scent is quite strong, so it may not be to everyone's taste, but I personally like it.
It's comfortable to use, thick and feels like it really works on the skin.
