How to use
<How to Use>Wet your hair and scalp, then dispense an appropriate amount into your hands. Lather and massage your scalp, then rinse thoroughly. <How to Refill>Be sure to refill into an empty SS Biolis Pure Touch Payatuya Shampoo bottle. To prevent the introduction of germs, do not wash the bottle or pump before refilling. If you do wash them, dry them thoroughly. Refill the entire bottle after using up the contents. Do not mix with water or other products. For hygienic use, we recommend purchasing a new bottle after refilling approximately three times. (1) Hold the spout firmly and cut along the dotted line from the direction of the arrow. *Please be careful not to hold the pack too tightly when cutting, as this may cause the liquid to splash. (2) With the cut end facing up, fold the spout so that it tapers as shown in the diagram. (3) While holding the folded part, insert the spout into the opening of the bottle and slowly pour the contents in.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used one trial dose. The shampoo lathered well and was easy to use, without leaving my hair feeling rough after rinsing. The treatment also absorbed easily into my hair, leaving it manageable after drying. The scent wasn't too strong, and I noticed a difference in the feel of my hair after just one use, so I'd like to consider continuing to use it.
I bought the trial size this time. It felt a little rough, so I don't think I'll buy it again.
I bought this because I was attracted to the panties. The shampoo is moisturizing, so the foam doesn't rinse off easily, making showers take longer. The conditioner is good. It blends in easily, and showers are quick. For freshly cut hair that doesn't reach my shoulders, I need 1.5 pumps of shampoo and 1.5-2.0 pumps of conditioner. Unless one pump is too little, I expect it will wear out quickly...I have curly hair, so styling it the next morning was quite difficult. It frizzes and flies out, so maybe it just doesn't suit me. Lol, I won't be buying it again!
I recommend this to anyone who wants shiny hair! The scent is gorgeous and not too strong, so I use it often and it really gets me excited!
