What it is
For clear, well-balanced skin. Contains soapwort , a plant-derived cleansing ingredient, to create a fresh, creamy foam that removes excess dead skin cells and sebum. Contains meadowsweet to refresh skin after washing. While maintaining moisture balance, thoroughly removes air pollutants such as dust and dirt, leaving skin clean and hydrated. Gentle Complex, made from organic gentian and organic lemon balm grown at Domaine Clarins' own farm in the French Alps, gently conditions and softens skin. In consideration of the global environment, Clarins is working to reduce plastic by carefully selecting materials for containers. Soapwort leaf extract. cleansing ingredient. How to use
Use morning and night when washing your face. After wetting your hands and face, take a small amount in the palm of your hand, lather it up, and apply it to your neck. Gently wash your face and neck in circular motions, then rinse with water or lukewarm water. Avoid contact with eyes.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
