Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've used Jill's tube-type lotion many times, but when I found out that they also have a jar-type, I decided to buy it. I use it every night before bed and the scent is soothing. Like the tube-type, it feels a little sticky when you first apply it, so if you lightly press it with a tissue or handkerchief, it will blend into your hands. It stays moisturized until morning, leaving your hands smooth. It's a little too big to carry around.
I use it for myself and have repurchased it as a gift. I bought it because I wanted intensive hand care. It smells great and the moisturizing effect is very satisfying. As I'm in my 30s, I'm starting to worry about fine lines on my hands, so I'll be using it again and again. It was also a very well-received gift.
I've used several tube-type products before, but this is my first time using a jar-type product. It's designed for nighttime use and provides moisture. The scent is nice (not something I particularly dislike), and I was originally planning to buy Obagi, but I'm glad I chose this one.
I like the packaging and the scent, but I feel the price is a little high.
