Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

For 2-3 days, it felt moisturizing and okay, but after a week, it started to get much better! I think it was good that I didn't skimp and used the right amount, but it was really good! It didn't sting or cause any further irritation, and it just got better. It's not irritated at all now. I'm going to try not to let my skin get all ruined, but if it does get worse, I'll be sure to use it again (lol).

Moisturizing, Soothing: It doesn't have much moisturizing power or long-lasting moisture. It leaves the skin feeling smooth, and I think it has a soothing effect. Scent: It's a slightly cloudy white color, but once applied, it's colorless and odorless. There's no smell of industrial ingredients, so it's stress-free to use. ◎ Overall: It's hard to accurately describe the benefits of this product, but while it doesn't have any moisturizing properties, it does soothe the skin. I recommend it for those who lack ceramides or who have had trouble with products like azelaic acid. (I've often found other companies' azelaic acid-based serums to be ineffective.) I don't think it's moisturizing enough on its own in the middle of winter, but it seems like it would be good in the summer. I use it together with Alouje's Water Sealing Mask.
I was in the store to ask about my skin concerns and this was recommended to me, so I bought it. I was worried about the redness on my cheeks and tried a variety of lotions, but nothing seemed to suit me, so I was at a loss. I've been using this for over a month now, and I notice that the redness on my cheeks has decreased. It also has a pleasant effect on enlarged pores caused by inflammation. I use three pumps before applying lotion. It's a gel-type lotion that doesn't feel sticky. It seems to dry quickly, so I only use one pump each time on specific areas. One bottle lasts over a month, so I think it's good value for money. The lotion and cream I received as samples went well together, so I'm considering using the entire line when I replace my skincare routine. When I apply this, I feel like the redness that bothers me gets better! I tend to get quite red in certain areas, like the sides of my nose and between my eyebrows, and it seems to be getting worse every year, so I was looking for a product with anti-inflammatory ingredients when I found this. However, if the redness goes down even a little, it's easier to cover with makeup, and my skin tone becomes even and looks prettier. I usually use it at night, but it's no problem to use it before applying makeup in the morning, and I noticed that my pores looked better than usual after removing my makeup at night. I'm still using it, but I plan to buy it again!
