Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have sensitive skin, but it didn't irritate my skin! Everything was great, but I especially liked the facial soap, so I ended up buying just the soap later. Facial cleansers can be tough on dry skin, and gentle ones can feel too harsh, and they don't leave a refreshing feeling. It's hard to find one that suits me, but this soap cleanses my skin thoroughly without leaving it feeling tight, which I was impressed with! Of course, this varies from person to person, but if you have dry skin and like a refreshing feeling, I recommend you give it a try.
