I was in a bind because the top-of-the-top 3CE matte lipsticks were out of stock online and I couldn't buy them, but I finally found this! This has a texture, feel, and color that's very similar to 3CE's matte lipsticks! I love matte lipsticks and have tried a variety, but they're all drying and the colors are too flashy and not what I want to wear right now. But this one isn't too flashy, and it's an exquisite color. Even though it's matte, it has a soufflé-like texture that glides on easily and lightly, making it super easy to apply and staying even as long as your lips aren't chapped. Plus, it's cheap and available at the drugstore! It's the best! \(^o^)/ Although it's not the most drying of the matte lipsticks, it's best to moisturize your base. I lightly dab Luscious on my lips, spread it out, and then blot with a tissue before using. This way, I can maintain the moisturized look without losing the matte finish.
I wanted a matte lipstick, so I searched for a color that would work well as a base that was easy to use and not too off-putting, and bought this from Suzykirei. It's brighter than I expected, and the color is strong, but if you apply it from the inside and blend it outwards, it works just right. It's a solid matte without any strange drying or dry feeling. Also, it's great that it doesn't come off easily, so if you use it as a base, you don't have to reapply often, which is a big plus. I use this as a base, then apply a darker lipstick on the inside and spread it outwards to create a gradient finish. It was just right for my first matte lipstick, and it was affordable♪
I saw this lipstick at the drugstore and thought it was so cute! So I impulsively bought it. Each number has an IN and OUT, and they look cute when used together, but I bought the IN in 03 to try it out. It looks so cute I'm excited! I usually use glossy lipsticks, so I thought a matte type would be cute, but they're hard and hard to apply directly to the lips... Maybe it's because I tend to have dry lips, but should I use a primer? ? It might be hard to apply the color nicely when the lips are dry... The color is cute, and if you lightly press it with a tissue after applying it, the color doesn't come off easily, which is good! I'll think about how to use it!
It's a matte finish so it can't be helped, but it did dry out my skin a little.
Despite being super cheap, the ingredients are on a level with Korean cosmetics. I bought it for 1,200 yen. It's not department store level, but it's not budget-friendly either. I've attached a color sample of the 02 and 04 set. The texture is hard and doesn't spread easily, making it feel like a 100 yen shop lipstick, and it's super matte! So be careful. I recommend it to people who like matte lipsticks and are used to hard textures, or those looking for a blue-toned lipstick. I like #2 out the best. In is such a strong feminine color that I don't think I could use it on its own. Also, there isn't much difference in color between 02 and 04 in. Maybe 04 has a slightly stronger blue tone? Almost the same
