Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent of frankincense is soothing. This is Neal's Yard's top-of-the-line, high-performance cosmetic. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized and supple, and it also removes dullness, so it's a great match for my skin and I'm really seeing results. I'll definitely be buying it again.

As the dry season approaches, I was intrigued by the description of this product as "the brand's most advanced lotion ever," and since I'd previously used the Neal's Yard Remedies balm and found it very satisfying, I decided to purchase it. It has a thick texture and leaves skin feeling moisturized and supple. The scent is a refreshing, herbal, woody scent that's a bit unique, but I find it soothing and enjoyable. It's not sticky, but it blends well into the skin, and the next morning, my skin feels firmer than usual. As this is a luxury lotion, whether I can repurchase it will depend in part on my wallet, but I definitely want to continue using it during the dry season.
