How to use
After washing your face and toning your skin with lotion, take an appropriate amount in your hand and apply it to your entire face or to areas of concern. Finally, press with your hands to enhance penetration into the stratum corneum. *When using for the first time, turn the bottom of the container clockwise and shake vigorously about 20 times to ensure that the first and second ingredients in the container are thoroughly mixed. This step is not necessary from the second time onwards. *When using during the day, please use sunscreen in conjunction with this product.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was worried about my open pores, so I bought this at a drugstore and used up the whole bottle, so I'm buying it again. I used to apply it in the morning and at night, but my face gets shiny when I apply it in the morning, so I only use it at night. I don't know if it's affecting my pores, but my skin is in good condition, so I want to keep using it.
I was interested in retinol serums, so I bought Missha because it was reasonably priced and easy to start with. I've only just started using it, so I'm yet to see the results, but it's not too heavy, has a nice scent, and is very easy to use! It's also light and portable, so it's great for traveling!
I bought this product because I was attracted by the beauty of SANA from TWICE. It's been a while since I last used retinol. It was a little irritating, but the effect was immediate. It made my eyes look brighter. However, it seems best to use it every few days without being too greedy.
I've only just started using it, but I was surprised at how firm my skin was the next morning. I use a vitamin C serum in the morning, so I'm looking forward to using retinol at night and vitamin C in the morning to see if it helps improve my pores.
I was lucky enough to try retinol for the first time. I used it for a week instead of Obagi C. It was light and didn't interfere with my other basic skincare products. There was no dramatic change. However, I stopped getting painful breakouts once a month when my hormone balance, seasonal changes, temperature changes, dryness, etc. all coincided! I think it was because of retinol. I'll try using the remaining product again about 10 days before my period!
