What it is
Each product is carefully hand-polished and aged for approximately 90 days using the "frame kneading method. " It contains cupas, a stratum corneum protection ingredient, which softens rough skin and leaves it smooth after washing. Theobroma grandiflorum seed oil. moisturizing ingredient.

How to use
1. Lightly rinse your face with lukewarm water. 2. Lightly wet the soap and facial cleansing net, then roll the soap around in your hands 5 to 6 times. 3. Using your soapy hands, rub the facial cleansing net together, adding small amounts of lukewarm water at a time, until you have created a sufficient amount of lather, the size of a lemon. 4. Remove the lather from the facial cleansing net and apply it to the T-zone, where oil is most prevalent, then gently and carefully wash your entire face in a rolling motion. 5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. * Be sure to rinse thoroughly, including along the jawline and hairline, making sure not to leave any residue behind. * Apply lotion immediately after washing your face.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I started using this product after I was unable to use Yuka's tea soap due to a wheat allergy, and was looking for something that would work for my dry skin. The symptoms I had when using Yuka's tea soap have completely disappeared. My skin doesn't feel tight after washing my face. I feel like my skin is still moisturized. However, the foam may not be very bouncy... It's not the kind of foam that collapses easily, but it's not bouncy enough to feel bouncy. I feel like the foam rinses off easily when rinsing. I've only just started using it, so I think I'll keep using it for a while longer.
Using a net doesn't create a thick, fluffy foam, but it does create a firm lather. It also removed mineral foundation. I used it in the bath from my face line to my décolleté, collarbone, and underarms, and after about five days, I developed itching and eczema. I feel like d Pro soap is gentler. I've tried various Decenssia products, but some are more suitable for me depending on the season.
I liked the cream so much that I also bought the face wash. It thoroughly removes dirt and leaves my skin feeling moisturized. It doesn't have a thick, fluffy lather, but I like the fine lather.
It's not suitable for those who like thick or fluffy foam. Even when lathering with a net, it produces a fine, soft lather. I don't use a net; I lather with my hands and swirl it around my face! The lather rinses off easily, leaving my skin feeling refreshed but not tight. After washing, I spray Avène Water on my face. I think this is all I need in the morning, as it removes excess but leaves my skin feeling moisturized. You can also wash your body with it, but leaving it in the bathroom makes it muddy, so I mainly use it in the washroom. I use Harbor Silk Foam Soap for my body. It's expensive, so I only use it when I find a cheaper version, but it works for me. By the way, I used to have hay fever, which made the area around my eyes a nightmare, but Decensia and Acnes were the only ones that didn't sting.
