Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have sensitive skin, so I'm happy that I can use it without it stinging. I'm also relieved that it doesn't clash with other serums. It feels like it penetrates into my skin and is very moisturizing, so I'm considering purchasing the whole thing.
I've been using this for a long time. I love the thick texture. It suits my dry skin.
Ingredients: Ethanol and DPG-free, which is great for sensitive skin. However, despite the high tranexamic acid content and high glycerin content, it didn't irritate my skin. Orbis's Aquanist Moisturizing Lotion feels more moisturizing. U-Dot is thicker. I don't recommend using it before makeup. It doesn't blend well with the foundation, and it can leave a flaky mess. Aquanist is affordable and doesn't leave a flaky mess, so it's fine.
I've been buying it for years. There's no dramatic change, but that's why I can use it every day with peace of mind.
