How to use
[Recommended steps] 1. Before showering, brush dry hair to remove excess dust and increase shampoo lather! 2. Before applying treatment, brush to remove excess water, making treatment easier. 3. After applying treatment, remove excess treatment and spread evenly. 4. While the treatment is penetrating, press the Gua Sha portion against your face and head. This is also recommended while bathing. 5. Brush before towel drying to remove excess water and reduce damage from towel friction and hair dryer heat!

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

To be honest, I wish I had waited a little longer for a new one to come out. So far, it's neither good nor bad to use, and I don't feel it has to be this way.
It is easier to hold and loosen than a regular Gua Sha.
