Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I tried Lancôme's "Genifique Ultime Serum." It has a subtle scent and a gentle texture that is safe for sensitive skin. I use it immediately after washing my face, let it soak in, and then apply lotion. It absorbs very well into the skin, and I love the feeling of it penetrating into the skin the moment I apply it. It's not sticky at all, and it's light to use, so you'll want to use a lot of it. Another great thing is that it doesn't interfere with your makeup even when used as part of your morning skincare routine. As I continue to use it, I feel like my skin has become plumper and my skin texture has improved. I recommend it to anyone looking for a simple yet highly functional serum.

To sum up, after using up 2/3 of the product, I could clearly feel a change in my skin's texture. It might be an exaggeration, but saying it looks younger might be a good description! I suddenly thought, "Oh... my skin is in good condition... Oh... my skin looks great today... Oh... it just feels good..." That's how it felt!! I usually apply about 2 pumps to my face at night after taking a bath! (One pump seems fine, but in winter, it gets so dry that it doesn't spread easily.) I'm starting to want the actual product!!
