Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I keep it on my bathroom sink and use it to wash my face in the morning. I love lathering my face with soap in the morning, so even though it's a bit of a hassle, it's become a part of my daily routine. It creates a soft, gentle, and light lather. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing, which is great. It's also great that it's hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, and can be used by the whole family.
This is a repeat purchase. I prefer a refreshing feeling after washing, but I like that it can be used without making my skin feel tight even during dry seasons. Since the oil moisturizes my skin immediately after washing, I don't know what condition my skin will be in over time, but I really like the feel of it. It can be used on the whole body, but I don't want to waste it, so I'm just sticking it to my face and neck for now.
It is gentle on rough, sensitive, and dry skin, so it is easy to use. However, since it dissolves easily, we recommend removing it from the bathroom after use and storing it away.
I try it without using a net, and it creates a rich, thick lather. It doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or tight like soap often does, and it feels like it just removes dirt. I also buy foam lather because it's convenient when I'm out, but I usually use this one. I recommend it.
I bought this to wash my face in the morning. Using a foaming net creates bouncy foam that feels great. I was using IPSA's Marine Cake, but this was cheaper so I bought this. I think Marine Cake's foam rinses off better, but the cleansing power is great, so I'd like to buy it again.
