Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a bit spicy, but bearable. However, I personally don't understand the need for a plumper, so I'm giving it this many stars.
I'm a beginner at plumping. It tingles a little, but I can tolerate it. It doesn't eliminate the vertical lines, so maybe I should have gotten one for more advanced users...
It feels nice and plump when you apply it, but I didn't expect it to come off so quickly. The plumping effect is just right.
It's effective and almost painless.
I've only ever used plumpers from Vise, but this one was more painful than the others, so I felt a firmer plumping effect. Even the light version was painful enough. However, I felt like the effect didn't last very long.
