CipiCipi Glitter Illumination Liner S (02 Twinkle Star)

It has a lot of glitter, but it's squeezed out nicely at the beginning so you don't end up with too much, which is cute.

I've tried a lot of different products, but I'm not sure if I'll buy this again. I think the sparkle fades over time. I can tell you're applying it, but it loses its cuteness. The brush is thin and easy to apply, but I wonder if there's a better way to apply it?

I bought this product because it was something I had been interested in for a long time. The brush is very thin, so it's easy to apply, which I thought was a great feature. When I go out, I just put a little on my under-eye bags, and it really brightens up my eyes, which is great.

This is my third repurchase. It's sparkly and cute when applied under the pupil.
