What it is
CipiCipi Glitter Illumination Liner S in 03 Pink Sparkle is a Japanese glitter eyeliner, 3g, with an ultra-fine brush. Drawn along the lid or the under-eye tear-bag area, it lays down pink sparkle with a moist, high-adhesion base that clings without heavy fallout, for a bright, dewy-eyed effect.
The ultra-fine brush places sparkle precisely, so it works on the under-eye tear-bag area as well as the lid.
A high-moisture, high-adhesion base helps the glitter cling with less fallout than loose shimmer.
It is blended with conditioning ingredients to care for the delicate eye area.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm so happy to finally be able to buy No. 05, which was previously out of stock and unavailable! The brush is thin, so it's easy to apply to the under-eye bags on the lower eyelid, and it also looks cute when you apply a little to the center of the eyelid.
The color is cute and the packaging is cute too! It tends to break down a little easily due to tears.
