Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's easy to wash and great! However, since it's a consumable item, I feel like it's a waste... I'll try to use up the pack for now!

I'm prone to skin problems, so I clean my tools after every use. I mainly use brushes, so I use a spray-on brush cleaner. It's simple and convenient. I always thought sponges were a pain to wash and took a long time to dry, but I wanted to use the &be sponge, so I bought it along with the cleaning sheets. I use two or three sheets, wrap the sponge in the sheet, and squeeze it, and it cleans in no time. I also use it to wipe my brushes when I'm out. It's great because it extends the time before I need to wash them properly.
Since I use it almost every day, I feel safe knowing that it's an official product. When I wipe the sponge, the foundation color is transferred to it, so I know it's been properly cleaned. It would have been even better if it was a little larger!
