Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a milky white, moisturizing, and smooth gel-like texture. It's not sticky and is light and easy to apply. It doesn't feel sticky after application. I'd like it to be a little more moisturizing in the fall and winter, but it seems like it would be good for the summer!
I received this as a gift from someone knowledgeable about beauty. The texture is gel-like. When I applied it, it felt like it adhered to my skin perfectly, creating a film that covered it perfectly, which I thought was great. I felt a slight tingling sensation at first, but over time, the redness and tingling completely disappeared, so I tried sleeping with it overnight. It felt slightly sticky when I touched it right after applying it, but it wasn't too unpleasant for me, and it absorbed into my skin nicely over time. If you're concerned about your pillowcase, you might want to use a towel underneath. Since it's transparent, it didn't leave much residue. When I rinsed it off in the morning, my skin felt more moisturized and firm than usual, which was great. My skin tends to get itchy and peeling around the time of the seasons change, so I'm going to use it regularly during this time of year when the seasons are changing! Since you don't need much per use, I expect it to last and be cost-effective.
I bought it because it was a collaboration. It spreads easily and just a small amount is applied to the entire face, leaving it moisturized as if a layer of film had been applied. When I wake up in the morning, my skin is soft and supple, not dry. It feels incredibly moisturized. I think it's suitable for people with dry skin. Since it's a gel, it seems like it would be comfortable to use in the summer. It's also good for combating dryness from air conditioning, so I'm considering buying it again.
Apply it at night and wash it off in the morning, and your skin will feel supple and moisturized. I'll definitely buy it again!
