Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is my first purchase of Guerlain Rouge G. I was worried about whether it would suit my lips, but I can use it without any smell or irritation. It's easy to apply and has beautiful color. It goes on well, so if you don't wipe it off with tissue, it's really a madam. I bought this this time because the packaging was so cute. It took up a lot of space in my pouch, but I'm happy to display it and look at it. Of course, I'll carry it around and use it too. The case is cute so I'd give it a rating of 6, but if it were just the lipstick I'd give it a rating of 5.
It's a bit of a hassle that the new case doesn't match the previous one, but it's easy to use, the colors are vibrant, and the case is cute, so I ended up buying it. 08 is more natural and easier to use than the other colors.
I'm worried about vertical wrinkles with matte finishes, but this one doesn't dry out easily. The color payoff is good.
The packaging is cute and the color is very beautiful, but my skin peeled a little, so I'm giving it 4 stars.
As a warm-toned autumn skin tone, this was a really good color for me and my favorite! I didn't try it at the counter, but instead bought it online straight away. (Because I wanted the case engraved) It was easy to apply, gave a glossy finish, and didn't peel my lips! It's a dark brown with no yellow undertones. After a while, it turns a little purple or grayish? I like that about it lol. Personally, I don't like colors that are too orange or reddish, so this was great! The packaging is cute, so I wanted to get other colors, but this is exactly what I like, so I'll probably just end up buying more cases lol.
