Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I wanted to have it engraved, so I bought it from the official online store without seeing the actual product! After much deliberation between marble and this sparkly design, I finally chose this one! It's so cute, and it's so bright it's almost blinding under the lights! lol Just looking at the packaging is soothing. It's fine for now, but I'm worried the stones might fall off. I feel like if one were to fall off, it would be very noticeable. I'll take good care of it!

I've always been interested in Guerlain lip cases, so when I received it and opened it, I was amazed at how cute it was and loved it. It made me want to try out other lip colors too.
I thought it was inconvenient that it wouldn't close unless the lip was attached, and that you had to attach the lip so that it covered the case when it was closed.
My previous one broke, so I bought a second one. The studs are super cute. I love using them because they make me feel excited.
