What it is
Aqua Charge is the first skin care product developed by Estee Lauder for Japanese women. Co-developed with Yushin Shuzo, a Japanese brewery that has been pursuing fermentation technology for over 170 years. Produced in Japan. Aqua Charge Medicated Treatment Lotion penetrates into the skin as if it melts into it the moment it is applied. Contains active ingredients. dipotassium glycyrrhizinate. Formula that can be used on sensitive skin. Up to the stratum corneum Not all people will experience skin problems.

How to use
1. After washing your face in the morning and evening, soak a cotton pad with a 500 yen-sized amount of lotion and apply it to your entire face and neck. 2. For areas where your skin is particularly dry, soak a cotton pad with an appropriate amount of lotion and leave it on for about 5 minutes, then apply serum or cream.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received this from Suzykirei and have been using it ever since. The lotion is easy to absorb, moisturizing, and not sticky, so it's easy to use! In the winter, I sometimes have trouble with dry skin, but when I use this, my skin feels good and balanced. I plan to keep using it for a while.
I bought the small size because a beauty YouTuber touted its powerful moisturizing properties before applying makeup. I usually use IPSA lotion. My skin gets red from ethanol, so I was a little intimidated by the alcohol smell of this product... It didn't make my skin red, but it's not super moisturizing! I'd use it if it was available, but given the price, it's not something I'd absolutely need. Maybe it's more refreshing and easier to use in the summer? I still have half of the mini size left, so I'll try it again when the seasons change.

I've used the cream from this series and it was so good that I wanted to get the whole line, so I bought it. However, it doesn't contain Rice Power No. 11. I should have done more research before purchasing. The texture is a little thick, and it doesn't feel like it sinks in easily. It makes you want to apply it multiple times. I think the cream and beauty emulsion are good, but I don't think I'll repurchase this one for now. I'll update if I notice any changes after using it for a while.
It's refreshing and doesn't dry out my skin, which can be a bit worrying in the winter. On days when the air is too dry, I use a more moisturizing product at night and only use it in the morning.
