How to use effectively: Apply to your finger or a brush and gently spread on your eyelids in the order of A, C, and B. Glitter color B adheres better if you apply it with your finger. 1: Spread A from the entire upper eyelid to the outer corner of the eye and down to the lower eyelid. 2: Spread C from the edge of the eye to about halfway down the eye socket, blending it. 3: Spread B from the center of the eyelid to the left and right.
