How to use
Lightly wet your face, take an appropriate amount in your hands, and spread it over your entire face, avoiding the eye area. Gently roll the scrub over your skin, then rinse thoroughly. If using as a pack, avoid the eyes and mouth area and leave it on dry skin for approximately 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly after use. Pay close attention to any abnormalities that may occur on your skin. Discontinue use if the cosmetics do not suit your skin, i.e., in the following cases. Continuing to use the cosmetics may worsen the symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist. (1) If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use. (2) If the above abnormalities occur after exposure to direct sunlight. Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. Avoid use around the eyes. When rinsing, be careful not to get the product in your eyes. If the granules get into your eyes, rinse immediately without rubbing. If you still feel a foreign body in your eyes after rinsing, consult an ophthalmologist. Always close the lid tightly after use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not store in extremely hot or cold places or in direct sunlight. Use as soon as possible after opening. Black granules from the charcoal may appear, and the scent may change depending on storage conditions, but this does not affect the quality.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's gentle enough to be used on sensitive skin. It's a cream type, so it's a little hard to get used to. It's more like a face mask than a cleanser. It's not a hard scrub, but a soft, melting scrub. Regular use might be effective.
The texture is thick and easy to apply to the face without causing any irritation. It also leaves the skin feeling moisturized after washing! This may change the way you think about mud-based face washes!
I was able to get a good deal with the points I got back. Scrub cleansers can be too harsh depending on the size of the granules, but this cleanser has just the right size and leaves my skin feeling smooth, making it perfect for washing your face in the summer!
I like the eco-friendly one-touch cap pouch, which is convenient because you can just leave it in the bathroom without worrying about anything. It's a scrub, but it's gentle enough to use on sensitive skin, so I'm happy it can be used.
I think it's good both as a face mask and as a face wash for makeup-free faces, but even though I was careful not to get it in my eyes, I accidentally got some grains in my eyes twice while rinsing it off, and it was so uncomfortable that washing my eyes didn't go away... I really recommend avoiding your eyes and using it with your eyes closed. The scent is also unique, so people's tastes may differ. I also use it on my elbows and knees. It's not a bad product, but I won't be buying it again.
