What it is

How to use
Use it in the same way as you would mascara, before applying mascara. .When first using, coat the brush with the primer thoroughly. .Apply by lifting the lashes from the base to the tips. .For the lower lashes, hold the brush upright and use the tip to apply. .After the above, wait until the primer has dried before applying your mascara. .The black areas are fibers. <How to remove>.When removing, we recommend using an eye makeup remover.
