What it is
This is the second installment of the popular HARI (※2) V3 Foundation, which maintains a beautiful look not only while wearing it but also after removing it. Its unique natural micro-needles, "inospicule (※2)," are combined with beneficial ingredients for the skin, including human umbilical cord blood cell conditioned culture medium (moisturizing), niacinamide (skin conditioning), arbutin (skin conditioning), and glutathione (skin conditioning). The formula reaches the stratum corneum and slowly diffuses beneficial ingredients, leading to healthy, hydrated skin. It also contains a generous amount of skincare ingredients, including Houttuynia cordata extract (skin conditioning) to prevent roughness and tannin complex (※3) to support sebum balance. How to use
One push is the recommended amount per use. ◇Please use the puff specifically designed for V3 Foundation. ◇To avoid losing the benefits of HARI's "Inospicule*," which is its greatest feature, when applying foundation, do not drag the sponge, but use it in a pat-on, stamping motion. ◇Applying while lifting your cheeks and face line is more effective in enhancing firmness. ◇For small areas such as around the eyes and nostrils, it is easier to apply by bending the sponge to reduce the application area. *Hydrolyzed sponge (skin conditioning)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It doesn't smudge easily and applies beautifully even without a primer! You may feel a slight needle-like sensation when applying it, but it doesn't sting for long, so I don't think it's a problem.
It gives a pretty clear shine, but it sticks to long hair so you might want to apply powder. It contains cosmetic needles, so I was told not to use it before cosmetic treatments. I'm currently trying Clé de Peau's product.
It doesn't come off easily! I don't have to worry about just one color, and although I like black, this one is great too! It leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth when I remove my makeup, and it doesn't put any strain on my skin, so I'm looking forward to trying the other two v3 foundations!
It's a little pricey, but I saw a lot of people around me using it, so I gave it a try. It doesn't smudge and isn't drying. I have fairly yellow skin, so the color blends in nicely when I first put it on, but after a while it looks white and casts. It doesn't feel thick, but it nicely covers pores and makes skin look radiant. After washing your face, it feels so smooth and silky for some reason. If the color is right for you, it's the best foundation!
Even though I have extremely dry skin, this product didn't dry me out and I was able to wear it all night! It's a must-have for my daily commute! It has a moist texture, and the finish feels like a light application of lotion. Conversely, many people might find the lack of powder bothersome... I was actually a bit wary of the idea of using cosmetic needles, but when I actually used it, there was absolutely no needle sensation! I'm amazed that it's so comfortable to use and can also be used for skin care. It's so gentle on the skin that it significantly reduces the stress of dryness throughout the day! I wouldn't say that this product alone can combat dryness, but compared to other products, I think it leaves my skin feeling less dry. This foundation has also helped reduce my skin irritation, and best of all, the cushion foundation is easy to use, so it's a perfect match! I plan to keep buying it for the rest of my life!
