Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent wasn't too strong and the oil was just as good as the other scents.
There are many light oils that are light and don't give my hair much control, so I'm currently using this moisturizing, heavy oil. This is my second bottle with a different scent! This is the only choice!
I use it in different scents. It's refreshing and different from the usual musk and orange scents, but it's also a little sweet and indescribable, which is great. I hope it's included in the regular lineup instead of being a limited edition. It feels great to use, and when my perm is half-dry, this oil sets it down beautifully. It also keeps my hair in place all day!
I used to use a different oil, but it was sticky and didn't lather when shampooing, so I had to shampoo twice, so after searching around, I found this product! This is a multi-purpose oil, so you can use it not only on your hair, but also on areas where you are concerned about dryness, such as your elbows, heels, and face (^o^) It's also not sticky, and a small amount is enough to moisturize, so it's good value for money?! The scent is a limited edition white tea, and it's a gentle scent that doesn't feel too strong. I think I'll buy it again?(*^^*)
I chose this multi-purpose oil so I wouldn't have to wash my hands after use. The scent is not artificial, but of natural flowers, and while I don't think it's a particularly nice scent, it's not unpleasant either. For better or worse, the scent doesn't last very long. I generally use it on my hair, about shoulder-high, with two drops before drying and one drop when styling. It's quite heavy, so I use very sparingly. I never seem to run out...
