Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have sensitive skin that easily clogs pores. I used up one bottle, but I won't be buying it again. While using this product, I broke out on my chin and temples a couple of times, which made me wonder if the azelaic acid was working. The texture is a little thick. I felt like it took a while for my skin to absorb. I used this after using the Korean skin1004 Centella Ampoule as an introductory serum, but perhaps the two weren't compatible? I'm back on track to finding skincare that's less likely to cause breakouts.
I bought this because I was concerned about acne and redness. I chose this because I wanted a lotion for daily care rather than special care with serums. Since using it, my skin feels calmer. It's great that I can use azelaic acid on a daily basis at a good price!
I bought this because the sheet mask from the same line was amazing. This one also leaves my face feeling refreshed, but it's more moisturizing than the mask and is more effective against sebum. I wonder if it's the same liquid? I want the same liquid. On the other hand, if you like the effect of the mask but want a little more moisture, this is definitely the one for you.

I have oily, combination skin. I use this after washing my face in the morning, and it has significantly reduced my oily skin problems. It's thick, but I like how it blends in smoothly and doesn't leave a sticky feeling on the skin. I'm currently using my second bottle, and have just purchased my third. It looks like it will become my go-to morning lotion, regardless of the season!
