I'd only ever used cheap brushes before, but after trying mufe's brushes, I can't go back. They have a strange soft yet firm feel. I find them very useful when I want to blend a large area of color onto my eyelids.
A soft brush that's easy to blend!
I bought this because I wanted a larger blending brush. It's not too soft and easy to use. I have sensitive skin, but it doesn't irritate my skin. It seems like it can be used for a variety of purposes, such as blending eyeshadow, highlighting, and applying powder.
It can be used for eyeshadow, highlighter, nose shadow, and more. It's made of synthetic, bouncy, soft bristles. When applying base color or single shadow, it creates a lighter, more translucent finish than a flat brush. It also blends the edges beautifully. I sometimes refer to Megumi Kanzaki's makeup videos. In her "Recommended Brushes" video, she recommended No. 140 for the base, not No. 242, but in other videos, she also appears to use No. 242. It was a gamble, and I could have been wrong, but I'm happy with the results. The design is beautiful, so I'm looking forward to collecting them all.
