Despite being terrible at makeup, I enjoy collecting brushes. I was recommended this one in store because it has sparse bristles, perfect for quickly dusting powder or applying a light, highly pigmented blush. Lately, I've been wearing less and less full-on makeup, so I often just use a tinted sunscreen/primer or SUQQU's new moisturizing cream with a slightly powdery foundation, and then a touch of loose or pressed powder on top. My blush is also very light, giving me just the right amount of flush. Since I use this brush so often, I bought it from Suzykirei online to replace it. I once bought a similar sparse brush from MAC, but the natural bristles were irritating, which I probably didn't take good care of, so I stopped using it right away. However, this one has synthetic bristles, so it's not irritating at all. I love the feel of Make Up Forever brushes and find them easy to care for, so I've been gradually adding to my collection of Make Up For Ever brushes. I love them so much that I replace all but the ones I love. I highly recommend them.
I was looking for a blush brush and saw some reviews. This is a blending powder brush, but it can also be used as a blush brush, so I bought it because it said I could apply blush without any technique. It has double bristles and the bristles are sparse. I patted the blush onto my cheeks, and the bristles were soft, so I could apply it softly and in a circular motion, which gave it a nice, radiant finish. I can apply it without applying too much, and it's easy to adjust the intensity, so it's fun to apply makeup in so many different ways. I'm so glad I bought it.
It really prevents you from applying too much blush! It's even more sparse than the NARS Kabuki brush, in a good way! This is the only way I can apply darker blushes.
The saying that a brush can change your makeup is true. It applies blush softly and smoothly. The more you swirl it, the more radiant your blush becomes. I'm glad I bought this brush.
I should have bought it sooner. I've missed out on a lot in my blush life. I used to be bad at applying blush, but now I enjoy it.
