What it is
This Pure Fresh series shampoo uses natural ingredients to enhance the strength of your hair and scalp. This refill is a refillable product. It contains two beneficial, naturally-derived ingredients: mint essential oil from the South of France (*1) and natural mineral-derived ingredients (*2). It washes away oiliness from the scalp, leaving hair shiny and smooth to the touch. For hair that exudes a clean, fragrant scent. Pursuing a "comfortable" scent and feel, the formula extracts plant aromas and designs foam and texture. Silicone-free, sulfate-free (*1), peppermint oil (skin conditioning ingredient), (*2), zinc lactate (skin conditioning ingredient). Contains shampoo, conditioner, and deep scalp cleanser. *This product is a refill; the bottle is not included.

How to use
Massage the product into your hair and scalp, lather, and rinse thoroughly. Double shampoo, leave for 1-2 minutes, allow it to penetrate your hair, and then rinse. <How to refill> Grasp the base of the spout and unscrew the cap all the way to open. Insert the spout into the bottle and pour slowly, checking the liquid level on the bottle side to avoid overflowing. After refilling, close the cap tightly and store.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
