Silicone tips are an essential tool for makeup, and I used to get the ones that came as supplements with beauty magazines. When wiping them off after use, the connection is stressed, so the silicone tip would inevitably come off. For that reason, I had this in my cart for a long time, hoping to replace it. The price was a concern because I wasn't sure about its durability. While the photo may not accurately convey the shape, part of the handle is triangular, and the silicone isn't flat, but rather teardrop-shaped and tapered. This makes it extremely easy to use. Anticipating its usefulness, I recently purchased two multi-color palettes from Korean cosmetics. As expected, the glitter is easy to pick up and apply! It's also convenient for testing cream eyeshadow and lipstick, and blending colors, making it a must-have. But why aren't other brands making this tool? Most brushes, even those made with non-natural bristles, are hard to find at this price, so this might be worth it. I highly recommend buying one.
It's very convenient to use. The handle is long enough that, unlike small tips, you can check the results of your eye makeup without your hands getting in the way. The logo mark at the bottom of the handle (marked with a circle in the photo) has come off and disappeared without me noticing. This is a product that I'll want to buy again when the tip wears out.
It's very easy to hold. The handle is neither too short nor too long, and the part you hold with your fingers is triangular (or prism-shaped?), making it easy to grip. The only drawback is that if you're not careful when wiping, the silicone part might come off.
It was perfect for applying creamy or glittery eyeshadows. I used to apply them with my fingers, but this doesn't get my fingers dirty and it applies more precisely than with my fingers.
I had previously purchased a Kai silicone tip, but it was a little too hard and wide, like a rubber spatula, and not quite what I was looking for, so I purchased this one, which has received positive reviews. The silicone part on this one is soft and squishy, and the tip is tapered, so it's easy to use and allows for precise movements. After use, it can be easily cleaned with a quick wipe of alcohol. However, I'm worried that the silicone part may come off the handle with use. When that happens, I'll just accept it as a consumable item and buy a new one, but I hope it will last a long time.
