Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this on the recommendation of a beauty advisor. One pump provides moisture. The scent is a pleasant citrus herb. The beauty advisor also recommended that if it feels sticky before applying the primer, you can lightly wipe it off with a tissue. It seems like it can be used all year round, so I plan to buy it again.
It has a very thick texture and is very easy to use. I also like the scent. My skin has been feeling great lately!
I used a sample. It's a moisturizing lotion that feels like a light, bouncy gel. Its light texture spreads well even with a small amount. However, it wasn't moisturizing enough, and it didn't suit my skin, causing eczema. (I've also used the lotion and white serum in the line, so I'm not sure which is the cause...)
I've been using this lotion from the same series, a serum from another manufacturer, and this emulsion for a few weeks now. Personally, I feel like it's not moisturizing enough. It's non-irritating, spreads easily, and is light to use, but I find myself needing to apply cream! Maybe that's to be expected since it's an emulsion, but considering the price, I'd like something a little more satisfying.
