What it is
No rubbing, just smooth, easy removal! The comb-type mascara spreads evenly over the entire lashes, removing all mascara without leaving any residue. Contains special eyelash care moisturizing ingredients to care for your eyelashes even when removing.

How to use
(1) Apply to dry eyelashes. Use the comb to apply a generous amount of the liquid from the root to the tip of your eyelashes. (2) Leave on for about 10 seconds, then gently wipe off with cotton or similar. Alternatively, mix with your regular cleanser and rinse with lukewarm water. *Remove contact lenses before use. Be careful not to get the comb or liquid in your eyes. *After use, wipe off any dirt from the comb before storing.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to get free shipping when I bought Millefeu mascara and concealer during the Qoo10 Mega Sale. I think I'm about to run out. I've been repurchasing Heroine Make mascara remover for a while now. This comb-type remover has slightly finer teeth than Heroine Make. Heroine Make's teeth are coarser, making it easier to apply and blend in quickly, but this remover also blends in quickly and removes mascara well, so there's no problem. This remover is amazing! I definitely want to buy it again! I don't have any particular feelings like that, but Millefeu products on Qoo10 offer free shipping on orders over 3,300 yen, so I think I might buy it again to adjust the price. It's easy to use and the packaging is cute.
