How to use
<How to set the refill>Please set it in the separately sold case (Ombre Couleur Solo) before use. To set the refill, insert the refill into the case and gently press until you hear a click. <How to use>Use your fingertips to take an appropriate amount of eyeshadow in a circular motion and blend it into your eyelids. [Precautions]◇Be careful not to get it in your eyes, and if it does, rinse immediately.◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperature/humidity areas.◇Because the contents are soft, please be careful not to press too hard on the surface with your fingertips as it may crease.◇If the contents crease, smooth it out with your fingers for a more comfortable look.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
