How to use
<How to Insert the Refill> Always insert the refill into the dedicated holder before use. Remove the protective cap from the refill and insert it firmly into the holder until you hear a click. Extend the stick by 2-3 mm and apply directly to your lips, or apply an appropriate amount to a lip brush. [Caution] ◇ If you insert the refill into the holder with the protective cap still on and extend it, the lipstick tip may be crushed. ◇ As the holder contains a magnet, please keep it away from anything that is affected by magnetism. ◇ Do not discard the protective cap attached to the refill; use it when storing the refill. ◇ Please note that it may break if it is extended too far or dropped. ◇ Keep out of reach of infants and young children. ◇ Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperature or humidity areas.

These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
